Control scheme - will there be weapon sets?

As we're going to have a variety of different set ups, I am worried about having to go into the menu and switch out a lot.

We never had to deal with equipping spells in previous games, it would be brutal if we had to go into our inventory to switch around our weapon and spell equip combinations. My hope is that we'll be able to use presets(binds to equip any possible combination of weapons/spells, however we set it up), any news on this?

Also, with a more complex system, I am also hoping we'll be able to map any key to any action - concerned because IIRC in Oblivion only certain keys(1,2,3, 4 etc) could be used for quick slots - correct me if I'm wrong.

A fluid and customizable control scheme is really essential for combat and it's occasionally ruined combat that otherwise might've been good in other games.

The hotkeys are now sets of equipment (or at least weapons) instead of an individual weapon, according to the GI blurb on combat.
