AFK_Weye + RR Lake Rumare + Verona Bay is too much

With these three mods + one of the UL mods my video card gets overworked and the game crashes once it reaches 1000+ MB VRAM, so it looks like I have to ditch Verona Bay.
I don't supposed it's possible to remove the town and still get the quest? (he asked hopefully)
I'm really not very interested in merchant and houses and stuff like that, but I would like to play the quest.

my advice is to take out RR lake rumare instead, it's kinda messy and can give issues while the other 2 are pure class ;)

There is a mod that adds just the house, but I'm not sure if it has a quest too... I think it's http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4145 - he said support has been removed due to VHB coming out. Personally, though, I'd second Gekko - ditch RR and just go with AFK Weye and VHB, because those are the best two.
