I was just wondering if there are any environment mods that like, make the visuals (like the snow, and the rain) more realistic?

Oh AND one that makes the grass render when its a bit further away from me, I really don't like walking forward and seeing grass appear like 5 foot in front of me

For the latter request, increase you need to modify the Oblivion.ini: http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/stabilization/oblivion. The visual enhancements you want are texture replacers...well, for the rain...I am not sure. Maybe you should try another weather mod (i.e., Atmospheric Weather System or All Natural.) Evandar's Snow Texture replacer can take care of the snow on the ground textures. QTP3 and other larger texture packs probably that as well. There is a snowflake texture replacer.
