Need help identifying a mod, if possible. : Fallout 3

Hello all,

First, let me start by saying that I'm pretty new in using mods (despite being a FO3 player for well over 2 years). That's right, I'm still playing the vanilla version of the game (with DLC's, of course).

Now, as I was browsing some mods on FO3 Nexus, one particular screenshot caught my eye.

Now, what I am looking at, is the info on the right: Date, Karma, XP and such... it apeals to me, as I wouldn't have to switch to my pip boy every time to check stuff that I needed to know.
So, if anyone would be so kind to point me in the right direction to this mod, I'ld appreciate it muchly.

(Also, if this isn't in the appropiate section or whatnot, mods can move it/lock it when the question has been answered).
