Multiplayer in future Fallout games

This is something I typed up the night after I played Fallout: New Vegas for the first time to incorporate a system that includes the player's individual perks and STATS.

Fallout multiplayer?

What if in Fallout(what ever they call the next one) they have online multiplayer with PvP. On the Pip-Boy they have
a Fourth tab next to Data that is for multiplayer. It would have you with the weapons and clothing stats, but not
appearance that you have in your inventory and have equipped, and with the weapons you have on the d-pad. You assign
the weapons for the d-pad once you get into the online. You would have team games and free-for-all games. As well as
any other match types they can think of. Stats, perks, traits, weapon mods, and skills determine your damage, damage
resistance, hitpoints(considerably less so that it doesn't take 50 shots to kill someone). No Alien Blaster or Fatman/MIRV,
everyone would use it, and make the online play less fun and customizable. You wont be able to use your aid as well, so you
can't use it on the d-pad buttons in online. It wont Use your ammunition so you wont spend tons of caps buying more.
Maps would be locations around the ________ Wasteland. For the amount of points you get online you would get some caps,
encouraging online play. There would also be a duel mode that is 1v1 up to 5v5 with the same rules applying except that
your hitpoints is your hitpoints are normal so that the fights last longer,

This would most likely have to be on a separate disk in the case because it couldn't fit on one disk, so for now this
probably wont happen.

My friend and I are huge fallout fans, and after he read it, he thought I should post my idea on a forum.
Let me know what you think!

I see where you are coming from, but to be honest, i dont see Fallout as a PVP game, more as a Co-op game, i'd rather see a Co-Op scenario where it follows the story line (allbeit harder) and with a few twist where it involes using the 2 player scenario in both dialogue options and interactions etc..
