Not bad at all!

It is always a difficult thing, to give such old effects a bit of spunk!

I like the shield effect the most. Not to much and not to less!

Hey, this is really well done. I like the updated lightning shield texture - could recommend this as standard for new installs.

Lovely effects, same effects as vanilla but incredibly much detailed and refined without taking a toll on the CPU. They are simple yet discrete and very elegant, pluginless to-boot, a new must have on my game.
