where is the Asian stuff? and why is armour gender morphing

Oh, I absolutely agree that women should have more OPTIONS than just these armors. Absolutely. I would be just as angry if I thought the only option I had was to walk around shirtless in the game lol. So you are correct, it is an issue of choice. There should be a choice.

But I still disagree that men are objectified less in entertainment media - including videogames - than women. Male characters in videogames are just as stereotyped, anatomically idealized, and objectified as female characters are. And even more so in other visual media like movies. And no, I'm not generalizing. Genralizing would be to say, "All women objectify men." I never said that. I said "Women objectify men." And they do. And so does practically every visual entertainment medium. That's just my opinion.

That's fair enough, we agree on the TES aspect and respectfully agree to disagree on other aspects :)

Indeed, fair enough. :) And I never hold enmity for anyone who disagrees with me, just for the record. We're all just trying to see things as best we can.

lol "asian" designs...sigh...this is a WESTERN rpg as todd explains in the hub videos not a jrpg!NOT an asian game...go play final fantasy.

Uhm, that's not what he meant though... In asian RPG there is a tendency towards the "way too fantastic" rather than "something believable". Both vikings and samurais/ninjas is a part of earths history and could be included in a realistic believable way. As already stated, check out the Blades and Cloud Ruler Temple - look familiar? I for one wouldn't mind a couple of asian influenced cultures in Skyrim if there are to be several cultures or tribes, like in Morrowind and New Vegas.

As for racial influences... Well... http://images.uesp.net//4/4f/Altmer_official.jpg Remind you of something? :P

This is what he meant with "asian RPG": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N2nU4ksCklg&feature=fvst
Even for science fiction, does it look believable? Even remotely feasible? I don't think so at least.

Well, that's how I understand that statement anyways...

...? Asian stuff? In the norse setting?

I hope there's no asian influence at all. Sick to death of katanas and ninjas.

Don't know if it has been mentioned before but the Blades were not asian themed as much as they were a mix of asian and imperial roman. Mixes like that wouldn't bother me as much as straight on asian themed but hey.
