I don't know about coolest, but here are two I like:
Lay on Hands: Restore Health 50 pts for 2 seconds
Guardians Might: Ebony Warhammer enchanted with Shock damage 25 pts.
Oh and the Blade of the North: Daedric/Ebony Claymore with Frost damage 25pts.
I like paladin-ish characters
