I usually play as a High Elf or Breton because I am partial to magic based characters.

my favorite is the imperial because the first character that i ever beat the main quest of morrowind with was an imperial. Orcs, khajiits, and redguards are all close seconds.... and dunmer are annoying especially in morrowind

If they're the cool varied Nords from Morrowind with both Celtic and Norwegian culture, and not all the boring blonde-haired-blue-eyes warriors from Oblivion, I'd love for the game to be in Skyrim. Otherwise, I'm parking my Dwemer Airship on Todd Howard's house.

Imperial, their a good average race. I like building up my stats from scratch, and I like giving my characters Roman names. :tops:

Other than that probably Breton, when ever I make a mage I usually choose them.

I usually like playing as humans, but Argonians are always. fun to play as.

You can give them Latin names anyway (Roman names are Latin).

I know, I just being specific. Also when I name my characters I like to give them names of their races.

For instance, I would give a Breton, a French sounding name, because most Bretons do have French names, same goes with all the other races.

Do you get what I'm trying to say?

I usually play as the Dark Elf. It started out because their race had the bonuses I was looking for, and evolved into a deep love. Although, I have been know to play a Nord.

My favorite is a Wood Elf. Wood Elf has low health but it always makes up for how fast they can run and how good they are at being a archer. My wood elf is also good with magic and I got to say archery and magic work together really well.

Im going with the hist svcking Argonians.

I only beat the main quest in TES3 and 4 with an Argonian anyways. both their names were "God"
Also I RP, So they really are a God because they never die, when they do I never play the char again, except when I go on a rampage, but I still do not die Unless I play on hard( then I die quick). If you level up correctly in Oblivion its to easy.Stupid level Scaling. I want Exp.

p.s. Im hope they dont ACTUALLY svck hist sap, thats like kissing a tree. They would be like those crazy blue people/ hippes from Avatar.

I'll probably start this game out as a Dunmer crusader or a Nord battlemage. I've had a lot of fun with both races recently. I used to favor Imperials and Bretons but I've come to appreciate the strengths of the more war oriented races.

Easily Argonian, but I love Nords when I choose to play a human-esque character. I love Argonians the best for a lot of reasons: they look awesome, I love beast races, their resistance to diseases, they sound awesome, and oh well they're just awesome! Any game that has a lizard-like or reptile race to play as, that's me. I love the beast races. Although I prefer the look of the Argonians in Morrowind as opposed to Oblivion. But either way they rule! Nords are awesome for their brute strength since I usually lean towards warrior-types the fit very well.

The races I prefer to play as, in order
1. Dunmer
2. Nord
3. Altmer
4. Argonian
5. Breton
6. Orc
7. Khajiit
8. Imperial.
9. Bosmer
10.Redguard

Even though I don't like to play as all the races I do love all of them. They each add some interesting bits to the game. Such as I've never made a redguard... But Cyrus and Baurus were awesome.

I have made and played every race... Except Orc and Reguard. My favourite from the get-go is Altmer. That being said, I love to go in the game and RP. And depending on my mood, how I want to RP, etc, changes the race I am. So at any time, it will change.That being said, I still list Altmer as my #1.
