I have verified the mod causing problems to be FOOK2, after hours of checking and playing the game
I keep getting messed up meshes and textures. Here is a list of things I have already tried.

I have had this load order before, the only difference is steam.


Download and reinstall FOOK2
Download FOOK2 for an alternative site.
I have fose v1.2 beta 2
I have made a bashed patch
I have used FO3EditMasterUpdate
I used BOSS for Fallout to sort my mods, and then made changes for mods that didnt fall under that list
I have re-dated the BSA files for the fallout and its DLC.
I have ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated!

Any help, I would be greatful.

I know, but it still works, I still get missing meshes and textures if I am using only FOOK2.

My problem is that FOOK2 is not working from the directory its in for me, its not reading in the meshes and textures for most items.

And since I am using steam Fallout 3 GOTY edition I am unable to move the directory.

Just because it doesn't crash the game doesn't mean the incompatibility problem can be ignored. You're bound to run into bugs or game inbalances at some point with both FOOK and FWE installed, overwriting each other's changes.

Okay, I am not worried about it being incompatibility problems. I am curious my fook wont work in steam directory or if knowledge that someone has Fallout 3 Game of the Year Edition through Steam and the latest fook installed

I'm sorry but your problem is not clear. If the mod is in the Data Directory it should work. If' it's not in the right place, then where is it? I don't think Steam has anything to do with it, because a lot of people use Steam and I haven't heard of anyone else complaining about it.

umm......I know a thread that got both to work. Back to the point try doing a clean install and before you do anything create a copy of your data folder just in case then install fook 2 beta then if you still continue for fwe then go for it.
Now thats done install WMK and do not use the FWE FOIP use FOOK 2 FOIP, BTW I don't know if the FOIP mmm fook 2 works for the beta.
Create a merged patch in F03 edit

I manual installed it because the latest version requires, the only reason I believe it has something to do with steam is because just last week I had it installed, using the disk, and it worked perfectly, but as soon as I reinstalled Fallout through steam, FOOK2 will no longer read the textures and meshes. I keep getting giant red boxes with a white explanation mark in the middle.
