Not in many months - I think the modder of many names has moved on.

Of note I played this through up to and getting the white stallion - as far as quest goes it is essentially Knights of the White Stallion with extra fort walls and more uniforms.

The Black Bow hideout has landscape conflicts that interrupt a quest in Kragenir mod and create thematic conflicts (placement but not tearing or burying) with Fort Akatosh - both mods under heavy development and continuing support.

If you have played White Stallion you are not missing much and to be quite frank even if you haven't. I would not use this mod again and may yet tear it out of my load order.

There is a White Stallion/KDQ patch.. I think it's on the KDQ page.

I actually played it through with my previous character and thought it was a nice quest mod. Too bad the Black Bow Stronghold conflicts with so many other mods though - in addition to the ones you mentioned it also conflicts with MTC Thieves Grotto and one of Edolsian's mods (Falkenshire, I think).
So I'll try to edit out the BB Stronghold and the final quest if I'm to use it in my next game, since I like the more distinct guard uniforms and the expanded HQ.

You can get snazzy guard uniforms by using the extra plugin from http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=21856 - which is a fitting mod for Cyrodiil even if you don't plan to be a guard/fighter type.

[edit] Oh and totally before I forget - the http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22678 is just the uniforms and does not have the White stallion mod in it. Only the version in the mirrors has the quest mod part added in (then abandoned).

Excellent! I didn't realize there was a separate mod for the uniforms. That will save me lots of work. :P
I tried Akatosh before, but it was rather unfinished then - no quests or meaningful dialogue. I'll check it out more thouroghly when the announced update is released. But I will try the extra plugin you mentioned and see how it compares with FE.
