For me it depends if you want turn your house in your own museum or if you plan to use it as an exhibition site for all to see. For a big house with plenty of space and exhibition stands I think http://canadianice.moddersrealm.com/hideaway.html is your best bet. Two enormous halls with upper gallery to expose your trophies or contemplating them from a different perspective. the exposition room is great but I think the main hall with a bit of tweaking is even better as a whole. (use the BB version, the statue/ mannequins are great even without clothes).
In another register http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=mods.detail&id=1660 have less display space but give a much more "homey" and cosy feeling while still retaining a vast amount of display possibilities.

Sorry if these mod are among the most obvious but I tend to prefer my houses mod more comfty and less flea-market like.
