Merging Mods

Hey, I made a mod which adds a bunker along with many modified weapons and armor to fallout 3, this was the mod I used to learn how to use the geck and it works fine but as the DLC came out I modified weapons and armor for each DLC and had them all as individual mods but I want to combined them into my bunker mod and restore all the modified cells to normal and just have everything in the bunker but im not sure how to. I tried to open my bunker mod aswell as another but it says 'Multiple master files selected for load, load operation aborted' I suspect this is because it wont open two DLC master files and when I checked my bunker mod its says its Parent Maters are Fallout3.esm and Anchorage.esm, But I know people have content from all DLC's in one mod so how do I do it.

To open multiple masters in GECK, set this line in GECKCustom.ini:
bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1
It's default setting is, bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=0, which allows only one master to be used in addition to Fallout3.esm.

FO3Edit is also very useful in doing cleanup like removing altered cells and so on in the the base game, from your mod.
Just be sure to alter your mod in FO3Edit and not the master.

Thanks Michele, Just need to learn how to use Fo3edit, I'll just have to read though the manual I guess so thanks for the link Miaximus
