However, when I tried to Undelete and Disable References I got an error message saying "Target is not persistent" This was the last message displayed...

Undeleting: [REFR:000609F2] (places SELL2NaturalMania100 [LVLC:0003B805] in GRUP Cell Temporary Children of XPKnotboneChamber01 "Knotbone Chamber" [CELL:00010A52])

Based on this I aborted the cleaning process to be on the safe side, but thought it worth asking the many wise people on this forum for advice on this.

Let it be for the moment. Whenever Veritas gets around to releasing the next update the error that causes the undelete process to abort will be gone.

The identical records are safe to clean.
