Install
- Backup Morrowind.exe.
- Install http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=26348 (requires http://www.python.org/download/) to your Morrowind directory and run it.
- Install custom map of your choice to the Textures directory.
- To revert to Morrowind's original map, run Morrowind Code Patch (MCP), or replace Morrowind.exe with backup.
Notes
- This won't make any permanent changes to your game, all map data is still saved to your save file.
- Land added by mods do not appear on these maps.
- Map markers do not appear on these maps.
- Mouseover placenames do appear, though some are off center.
- The paper map is not very accurate - it would need a lot of editing to align it all.
- If using MCP you'll need to rerun the map patch after applying MCP patches.
- This is incompatible with MCP/FPSO map expansion, so disable them.
