I thought someone had asked me about updating that patch to 6.1, but I guess it never materialized. Unless MCA 6.1 changed the spawn in positions of its NPCs, it should be easy enough to update the patch to that version. If the NPC spawn points were moved, it'd still be a fairly simple process of updating the patch's headers to the new master file (use Wrye Mash), and then moving the affected spawn points. I would try the old patch with the new version and see if there are any problems. If there aren't, then it's good. If there are, just load the patch into the CS with the new MCA and make any necessary changes.
