can't load oblivion masterfile in TES construction set : IV

just downloaded the TES construction set on windows 7
i managed to instal it but when i go to file, data (in the taskbar) and load the TES master file 'Oblivion.esm' i get the message

"file oblivion.esm is a higher version than this EXE can load"

if i chose to continue running executable then there is no data in the object window.

it'd be great if anyone can help cos i really want to give it a go

You need version 1.2 of the http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/The_Elder_Scrolls_Construction_Set.

You get that when you're using the old CS. Just download/use the 1.2 version instead.
