Ok you know how the PipBoy can trnaslate Chinese as seen in OA and it allowing yo u to translate that Chinese book? so why can't it Translate Japanese? what i'm suggesting is a mod to translate Toshiros subtitles to English and allow you to communicate with him with the Pipboy translating your speach to Japanese. this could open up alot like the ability to make Toshiro a companion and such. is anyone interested?

wait what? arey ou talking about how the subs are all just "you dont understand him" i'm saying someone with a working Knowledge of Japanese could actuaLY subtitle what he's saying. the implication that the PipBoy can also translate Japanese as well as Chinese. because Toshiro is speaking actual Japanese in the g ame
