I am writing an Elder Scrolls fan fiction, and I want it to be as lore friendly as possible, so I have a few questions for all you lore buffs out there.

1. What are some inhabitants of Black Marsh (i.e. Creatures, etc.)?

2. What are some inhabitants of High Rock (i.e. Creatures, etc.)?

3. What are some inhabitants of Morrowind (i.e. Creatures, etc.)?

4. What methods of transportation are there across Tamriel?

5. What is the proper way to state a date (i.e. should it be "Fredas, the 27th of Sun's Dusk, 4th Era 2", or something else?)?

6. What is the ruler of each province called (i.e. The ruler of all of Tamriel is the Emperor...is there a name for the ruler of each individual province?)?

Ah yes that's probably right, my Elsweyr lore is quite limited at the moment.
