i found somthing odd on Mothership Zeta and i was wonderingif there was anything along the lines of Oblivions FormID Finder or RefScope for Fallout 3?

Assuming the reason you want the FormID is so you can place the object with the console, you could get the test version of http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11532 and do that all much easier - no mucking about and typing console commands. The last section of this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=COF1zv3Usqo#t=3m14s shows how you can save just about any object to a "Favorites list", then spawn them at any time later on.

If you actually want the BaseID of an object, you can get that too by choosing "Display Coordinates" in the Action menu, then checking the console output.
