owning shops and homes

even tho i dont wanna push tesv to be like other games, i just want to throw a few things down which might make game play little bit more intresting that slice n stab and escourt.
i was thinking should tesv have opatunaties to own houses rent them kinda like oblivion but oviously more and maybe a part from morrowind in having them built, and maybe shops gaining abit of money like a merchant guild, your thoughts? :hubbahubba:

Only if it does not break the game in the same way that Fable or Assassin's creed treated money in the late game.

iI've always wanted to be able to have my own shop in TES but i doubt it will happen. although they could enhance the idea of investing in stores maybe supplying them instead?

good idea just did a topic for that oviously id like to see with limits, because like i said dont want it to be like fable, in most part i love tes, but like alot of people i belive some parts thay could get ideas from other games, but il defo like to see a return to making a stronghold yourself kinda like in morrowind with more choice about it.

Being able to own some buildings would be good for non-combat oriented roleplay if done right. I think being able to have jobs like Fable and some other games would be interesting too.
