My guess it has replaced Armorer, but with some new (or improved) features, because of blacksmithing existing in the game

They do upload high resolution pictures, the higher resolution versions just need to be accessed by replacing the '610' in the url with a '1280' or '1680'.

What? Who cares what it says, it's simply the Armorer Skill. Just as "Fatigue" is now "Stamina".

That can also be "smithereensmashing" (previously known as blunt weapon) or "smithsonian research center(ism)".
