When i download G.E.C.K to make my own moded vault or area i opened G.E.C.K And i dont have ANY gun files, Map Files, Anything! how do i add these to edit and stuff?

When You have the geck loaded go to File/Data then check the Fallout3.esm file, or whatever else you want to load then click ok, and give it a minute or two to load.

I also highly recommend that you visit the http://geck.gamesas.com/index.php/Main_Pageand follow the basic tutorials on the GECK. There is a steep learning curve, and Bethesda offers some great YouTube videos to help get you kick-started.
