Chucks Military vehicles Modders Resource

This is a variant of the army truck, I've turned it into a Halftrack to be used as a modders resource. The download includes both the standard nif and the destruction data nif.

I'm currently working on another variant which has a quad mini-gun system to look like an anti-aircraft gun. I have to finish the destruction stage and I'll upload that one.

This is a modders resource with free use but, please give credit where credit is due.

Dang that looks nice! Any chance of seeing it as a DC Interiors collectible? Speaking of, how is DC Interiors coming along? You have anything you want me to look at yet?

I'm sorry to say, I've ben a bit blocked. :banghead: Every time I try to work on DCInteriors I get frustrated. Just taking a break, I have however (obviously,) ben trying to learn new things.

And yes I'm going to make a toy version of this and, other vehicles I'm working on. :dance:

Oh, that's completely understandable man. To tell the truth, I haven't been playing FO3 much; I just got Oblivion a while ago, and have been playing that almost exclusively. Just let me know when you've got something you want me to test. There's no rush.

Also, after looking at the AA gun version of the halftrack, I suddenly have the urge to use it on a Supermutant Behemoth... hmm...

Unfortunately, I don't know I can make it functional, could be cool If I can figure that out. I'm trying to learn as much about nifscope and blender as I can because when NV comes out, I want to hit the ground running. :laugh: I've ben playing FO1 and 2 to get some ideas for a new project. :drool:

this is really nice work. :D

it would be awesome if you could get a functional weapon out of it. if you feel really brave, you could deconstruct the scripts from the hoverchair mod (as the code for movement & weapons are already implemented) and essentially use that to make static weapon mounts. i've wanted to try to make one myself for awhile, but i never had the time. plus my scripting skills are nil. :hehe:
