Well if you haven't heard sony revealed the ngp (basically the psp2)
Would it be possible if skyrim was released on it? The ngp looks very very promising and powerful for a hand held. It has a quad core CPU and i'm pretty sure it has a multi-core GPU as well...

Most likely not going to happen, and definitely not by 11/11/11. It would take a lot of work to port a console/PC game over to the NGP, and even more to make it from scratch, and I think Bethesda wants to devote as much of their resources possible to making the game they're already developing a good one.
