I like the addition of hair and a stache. Makes him a lil more Danny Trejo worthy.

We actually had this discussion going in another thread, but it died fairly quickly. Anyway, Raul really needs to look like he does in the concept, because he looks nothing like it right now.

I like the armored jumpsuit, it gives me the warm fuzzy feeling that we might be able to armor mod other normal clothing such as jumpsuits, dusters, prewar outfits and the like.

I also love the Vaquero "gunslinger" outfit for Raul, I'm guessing it's a reward for one of his companion specific side-quests...
