Strange EULA/TOS terms

I think this one from MechWarrior 3 just might be the funniest one I've seen recently:
"You acknowledge that Hasbro Interactive is not responsible for the Internet or whether it should continue to exist in its present form or whether or not a government or govermental agency, either foreign or domestic, will control, regulate or disband the Internet."

Licensee also agrees that Licensee will not use the Apple Software for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, missiles, or chemical or biological weapons.

Can't listen to music while building a nuke. Its a safety hazard. We do not want those scientists and engineers distracted while they are building us nuclear, missile, chemical and biological weapons!

That is, and perhaps forever will be, the winner in this category (given that it is really an EULA and satirical)

I was inspired by that EULA recently and plan on adding an EULA to my own school website stating that by accessing my website you agree to give me chocolate-chip cookies upon request.

Given this part: 'Use of the "View Source" option of your browser is expressly prohibited.', I was very disappointed not to find any jokes in the source. :(

So was I the first time, I was expecting at least a "They are already hunting you down" comment at the bottom of it. Still, overall I love it.

Edit: I mean... I DID NOT BREAK THE EULA OF THAT WEBSITE!

There was one that offered a $1000 (or similar) to anyone who requested it. They got about 5 requests.

The License for HydraIRC forbids anyone who works for any government agency to use the software.

Thats one of the strangest I've seen.

Every Monday, I go out to eat with my girl and her uncle. He's an older guy, 67 years old. Very intelligent, most of the time. He tries to learn about computers but he's not very good with them, at all. But he knows he is because he worked for an electric company his whole life.

I told him about a few of these EULA's that I've heard of before, the one claiming souls and the one giving away money for those who requested it. His response was utter shock. It went along the lines of 'They can't do that! They know that nobody reads those things and everything in them doesn't mean anything! How can they get away with that? I'd be calling my lawyer. It's not a real contract if it's not written by hand.' This went on for about 10 minutes before I changed the topic to politics.

He makes me laugh.

A parody of an EULA from Paranoia XP (a PnP RPO game) had something like "By Accepting, Reading, Standing near or not accepting the following agreement, you agree to be bound by the following license agrement......

Well you all know what this means...

...I'm building me a nuke using ONLY iTunes.* They didn't just dare me there, they triple-dog dared me! :P

I'll even put the Apple logo on the side...

Edit: So now this question just has to be asked... Which is more radioactive? Hannah Montana? Or Justin Bieber?

*Not for real, naturally.
