As for Winnipeg being the front runner, a few months ago they were talking about Quebec City again, but this is Gary Bettman we are talking about. USA will have another team before Canada gets another team sadly.

And that is a shame.

The Penguins lost to the Sharks 3-2 in OT. A loser point is better than no points at all. Yet another Penguins player (Orpik) went down to injury. :shakehead:

I really hate the point system in the NHL. You get full points for a win in OT? WTF? If NHL is going by you get a point for loosing then it should be 3 points for a regulation win, 2 points for a win in overtime and a 1 point for tieing but loosing in OT. This way 3 points are distributed still but you don't get rewarded for winning in OT and getting full points.
