I gotta say, Imperials are probably the LEAST racist. Besides trying to bring everyone together with the Empire, just look at their Reactions, nothing plus and nothing minus for any of the races. Even their own. Equality.

...They are the most racist to me than any other race, i guess they just HATE Bretons. I sometimes get called racist stuff by altmers or dunmers, but imperial top it off, the only race that doesn't say racist stuff to me are redguards. And also, i have seen imperials call their own race dumb crap too, kinda like the Argonians.

when i walk around Dunmer on my Argonian sometimes they'll comment: "You remind me of the Blight in Morrowind"(or something like that) I've also been called Lizard boots, to which i respond with an Arrow to the face.

I've never found Imperials to be the overly racist, smug, cocky, over-confident race that people seem to see them as. I'm going to have to put the Altmer at the top of the racist list, they refuse to let humans enter the city of Alinor. And hell if anyone actually noticed, the Altmer make up a pretty high number of antagonists in-game. The Dunmer scraqe it at a close second.
