Please help im stuck in my game and cant progress , really the only questions i really need answerd are A and C.

Q a. ok in my game first off i made the mistake and tried getting into the outcasts place and of corse we know what happend there. ive tried to get them to go unhostile by trying these, set factionreactionispleasent ,clearfactionplayerenemyflag ,stopcombat ,setally even addtofaction . None seem to work but i think i might of had the problem of the faction part of the code . How would i make them not pissed anymore . oh and for some reason rially rangers all of a sudden were enemies after durring my mapping for them. I went to tunn in some locations and they started shootin. i fixed them by killing them and reviving and if fixed them . So i tried the same thing with the outcasts i killed all but i think there are still some on patrols still alive so it diddnt work as wanted. SO 1. how to get outcasts to unhostile state 2. where to find the faction codes 3 .how best to input the code?

edit: Nevermind i just deleated my 300+hour game and started a new game mostly because i could not get mods to work because of the program files folder install . so now back to the game with mods this time ya. oh and it wasnt birth shirt it's birthskirt

Q b. And just wondering whats the" birthshirt " for? I found it messing around with the coc code. i entered the code in game to see what would happen, to be honest i thought it was a dev code to make PC topless but it was not lol. just curious


Q c. im also having a problem with the quest where you talk to presedent eden i cant remember what went wrong its been a few days of trying to fix it i tried reseting the quest but still had the modifiesd FEV so could not pick the new one up i thought. so i tried reseting it again after removeing the one i did have first . But was still unable to pick the new FEV from him .So after trying all kinds of things i just used the finishquest code and put a new FEV on me . But both things in the quest are still just empty boxes, the take FEV and excape enclave base. And i give eden the code to blow up , i leave walk all the way to one of the sat. dishes but i never hear it blow up and he still on the radio. 1. where should i be at when resetting the quest 2. how do i pick the new FEV up so i can finish it the right way ,because no next quest is lit up so im just stuck 3. how long should it take for eden to blow up
