Help me decide my next sneaky playthrough I admit I already played as an Argonian sneaky character but that was my first playthrough ever, so about 4-5years ago. Never played as a Khajiit.

I voted Khajiit, but I'd like to mention Bosmer. As well as Dunmer.

You really dont need to worry about starting stats.

I'd personally pick Dunmer, but they're my favourites.

Make it a little more interesting and go with a race not traditionally associated as stealthy. Develop a Nord combat/stealth or stealth/magic class.

Altmer, Breton. Magicka > *.

I kinda have to agree with this. Yes, Dunmer are my favourite race and are tied with Bosmer for my favourite Thieves. But one of my current characters, Morgana, is a Breton Thief, and I love playing her. Admittedly, she hasn't learnt any magic yet, but I'm sure she will. I plan on nudging her in that direction, definitely.

I would say and also voted Khajiit.

Bosmer all the way in my opinion.
Small nimble, naturally gifted archers and ideally suited for stealth.

Bosmer because they are small and and hide easily.

Khajiit here. Cats + ability to see in the dark + good agility = a good sneaky character

Plus I favor cats over lizards. Personal taste and reason

I think if I'm honest, lorewise at least, Khajiit would be best suited to Thieves. I mean, have you ever been in a house with a cat at night? They're ninjas I tell you.

Bosmer.

My character is so short that he cannot see over the grass in the West Weald. Perfect for sneaking.

He is also pretty handy with backstabbing and using a bow.

My current stealth character is an Orc.

Just sayin' is all.....

i guess its a matter of taste, i like using imperials. I don't know why but every imperial i've played is a thief. Out of your choices i like khajit, starting bonuses are good, and that night eye lesser power will work really well (or atleast until you find a ring of nighteye)
