Can anybody pls post links to the best quest mods out there? I do not know which ones work with an FWE MMM EVE WMK set up? )

Give Puce Moose's mods a try. Beautiful quests that make you think; they don't hold your hand in the slightest, though. Have fun, and try not to die too often!

Puce Moose FTW! Really, they are better/funnier/more sophisticated than ANY vanilla-quest. Give it a try.
Maybe add http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6270 and http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8219 to the mix.
there's also some CPs for Return to Shady Sands and FWE/MMM.

Apart from Puce Moose mods, I've listed some others quests on my blog that you may find interesting. Also take a look to the listed houses mods, especially All your Bananas by Eldiabs who's got a really good background story and require some exploration and fighting to get the house.

I also highly recommend CUBE Experimental, one of the greatest Fallout 3 mods ever made. I believe it won mod of the year
