Quest: "No Gods, No Masters", Part: "Activate the eastern power plant to power the Securitron Army"

I know what I have to do, I have to flip the switch on what looks to be a circuit box but I can't because I already flipped over half the game back. Way, way back I flipped it to see what it did and it did nothing and now I'm towards the end of the game and there's a quest to flip it but I can't. After doing a little searching I found some console commands: CompleteQuest and GetQuestCompleted but neither work. I did however figure out that when I click on the circuit box it gives a name "East Power Electrical Switch". Is there anything I can do to complete this quest and move on so I can beat the game? Is there a way I can reset it? Could anything be done about it with the G.E.C.K?



The new patch hasn't fixed the issue.
