I'm currently creating an iron man armor set and would really like a spell which looks like the lazer he fires from the palms of his hands and possibly the added sound but have no knowledge of spell making or scripting, or how I would go about making it in the first place.

If anyone could please point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it

Check Xilberbullet's Midas Magic, i think he has some things you might find interesting, but get permission first of course.

As the mesh was downloaded off a site and is not actually mine I won't be releasing this mod, just for my own personal use, at least not without his permission too.

this would be better for fallout 3 than oblivion. tons of lazers in their already.

I don't play fallout 3 so = /
Anyway I would like to make the holy stream effect a part of my lazer spell, but I want to add my own sound, to reduce the time the effect lasts as at the moment the lazer stays there for 3 seconds and to make it do damage instead of heal people.
I've tryed looking at the holy stream scripts but It made no sense to me lol
