I'm looking for some good combat mods. I like "action" combat mods (100% hit chance, block button etc) but i'm unsure what's the "best" mod (I understand it's difficult saying what mod is best, but i want your opinion!)
Any help would be appreciated.

I honestly don't know as I never play with those mods installed. You could always make a backup save or your character, and then give it a shot and see what happens :shrug: .

Conflicts with neither, I can confirm.
Does make some skills useless, but it's a fair enough trade off.
