Ok I just got Oblivion for the PC and I am njoying it. I have been a console player for years (360). I was wandering if you guys could give me some tips like what the Construction Set does and how to open and use it. And maybe some mod recomindations too.

The construction set (CS) allows you to modify and add new things to the game. Go through the first set of tutorials to get familiar with the functionality of the CS and how to move about and whatnot. For mod recommendations, go to the mods forum. Indicate the kinds of things you didn't like about the xbox version and what you would like to see changed.
