I did have the Deputy Weld issue with only a merged patch too, Bashed Patch didn't cause, or fix it for me.

Fairly certain the missing glow top is an EVE issue as the deputyweldhat.nif or some such is included in the 097 beta that is available via PM to weijeisen. I don't recall if I checked it when doing rough beta testing for 097 but I believe it is fixed with that upcoming release. And ya, with one of the EVE updates it changes the glowy top to a hat, just like the one included in FOOK 2, I believe.

Yeah that is an EVE issue you can see it in FO3edit EVE removes it. A wild edit most likely.

    • Removed . from the list of exceptions, due to vanilla game items beginning with dot. (for example: .32 Pistol)
    • Inventory sorter tweak was changed to the independent option.
  • Update taglist.txt.

RAN INTO AN ERROR WITH THIS LATEST VERSION POSTING IT HERE

Loading: 00094EBC..Cannibal..PERK.CTDA..28..
Traceback (most recent call last):
...snip...
File "C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Mopy\bosh.py", line 1203, in loadData
raise BoltError(_('Unknown condition function: %d') % ifunc)
bolt.BoltError: Unknown condition function: 398

That error must be resolved on this version, Please try.

My own report is that the F3 launcher at the botton does not seem to launch the game or FOSE launcher (when checked). Instead it activates the vanilla launcher where the video options and such are found. Not too useful and not how Wrye Bash normally works.

Huh? I'm always execute fose_loader.exe from a bottom launcher.
Does the FOSE check box at the launcher leftmost become green?
When the mouse hover on the FO3 launcher button, what displayed on tooltip? (should be "Launch Fallout3 + FOSE" if correct)

Thanks.

Darn it all to heck - it works now with version 17.

Seems I tested about 5 times to make sure before posting.

More ghosts in my machines.

Valda- thanks for update - You can bet the moderators will close this thread, be a good opening for a new thread this new release.

A problem with the version 18: After selecting Rebuild Bashed Patch the program does nothing. I close it from task manager and the the "Deactivate Suggested Mods" window appears on the task manager's list, but not on the desktop. However deselecting the mods that would cause the dialogue to appear makes it work as it should.
