This mod makes both the laser and plasma rifles automatic weapons. Laser pistols and 10mm pistols (including silenced) are made semi-automatic (they shoot as fast as you can click).

Rifle firing speed is increased, damage is decreased, accuracy is slightly decreased, clip size increased to 30.
Laser pistol damage is slightly decreased.

Laser Rifle ROF - 5 rounds/s
Plasma Rifle ROF - 3.5 rounds/s
(also there's a little gift in the middle of the Citadel)
