Ok. I downloaded the GECK and when I try to run it I receive the error

"the procedure entry point vorbis_window could not be located in the dynamic link library libvorbis.dll."

can anyone help?

Have you installed the GECK directly to the Fallout 3 directory?

It was. But I just reinstalled fallout3 and the geck and it works fine now.

Glad you fixed it, that error simply means you had it installed outside of the folder containing Fallout.exe where it belongs. Perhaps last time you accidently changed the directory or something.
