Where are all these damn whiners coming from? : Othor Games

This will be a short post, but has anyone else noticed all these freaking people whining about the game and how it is meant to be played?

All this "No one hit kills? This svcks! Back to COD!" "Aim assist for consoles? No way." "It's not realistic, it's crap." and the like are really annoying me. :brokencomputer:

I do realize people have actual meaningful concerns about the game, and I assist and encourage those people whenever I can. But who else agrees that this whining has to stop? :gun:

Agreed, and it's only annoying because the "complaints" they have (if you can even really call them complaints) are not really an issue at all, or just plain dumb like the ones you mentioned in your OP.

And then there are the few people (not going to name anyone) who just go against everything just for the heck of it...

well because most of them are use too playing games where u can run around and give head shots and only care for rank and they never played a game of doom or duke so you get the [censored] of cod's and bfs bashing on this game.

I do agree with you though, even though I've only been part of this community for, what, 2 hours, the amount of topics I've noticed whining about things is staggering... :down:

Its funny, I just read over the board, and here are the major post percentages..

about 40% Are asking questions that have been covered literally a hundred times.

about 35% Are comparing Brink to other games, including one shot kills, Sniping, Assassins, Aim Assist, etc.

About 20% Are somewhat decent threads discussing Brink such as Pre-Order packs, Clothing, the Future of Brink, etc.

About 5% Are community dedicated threads including the Brink RP and Brink Refugee Journal Game.

No hate. Just showing the Statistics. :happy:

Happens on every game forum. Though this will be nothing compared to once the game releases...

If you are bothered by 'whiners' then dont complain about it. Make your own threads that invite smart sophisticated topics that can be discussed.

We don't allow threads to complain about complainers because you know if we did, we would then have threads complaining about the complaining about the complainers complaining.

Folks have the right to complain about what they don't like however without fear of being flamed.
