I've started working on a romance mod where NPCs can persue the player. Right now, I'm concentrating on the Ghoul community.

I'm having a difficult time trying to piece together a backstory for Charon. I know that he was brainwashed ( as a child? as an advlt thug who wishes to use him for a hitman slave? ) and is loyal ( doing whatever is asked of him ) by whomever holds that contract. I also know that according to Azrikal that Charon made some decisions that put him in the employ of Azrilal.

If fans of Charon wish to help me with a good backstory for him, I would be grateful. I want to get some ideas that would be within the lore and acceptable by the community.

Any other ideas for this mod will be welcome.

I'm going to start with the ghouls. I'm not going to a romance dialogue that is generic to everyone, but take each character and do their own individual based on their personality.

I'm definitely doing Gob and Charon, but if anyone else wants any other ghoul characters, please send me your suggestions in a pm.

I want to have it where the NPC will approach the player and ask for dates, but the only exception will be Charon as after doing more research in the editor, I don't feel he would not persue anyone and I want to keep him as true to the Bethesda character as I can.
