I've been patient and waited for a patch hoping this game would get better. I can't return it to the store even though it's defective.

The patch came and now...

My mic doesn't work now in ALL matches not just sometimes. I can hear everyone but no one can hear me. My mic works with my other games no problem.
The lag is still horribly unbearable, I bounce around like a ping pong ball and then end up waiting to respawn.
Games I get invited to, 7 out of 10 times I can't join it just times out.

I have restarted my router and my cable modem. I have high speed internet and all my other multiplayer online games work fine.
Even restarting the router and modem does not help any of the issues I've listed.

So Splash Damage here is what I am asking for;

I want you to buy my copy back. I have no faith in this game or your company. This game is defective but for some
stupid reason I can't return it to the store I bought it from. So I am imploring you to do right by a customer and buy my copy back.
