So I've been using http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10183 and I really liked it so I downloaded the "Dragonskin Bonus Pack" that adds more camos the mod still works but the bonus pack hasn't taken effect it looks like it should work fine the mod is activated and under the DTO esp how come it isn't working?

Since you haven't provided any detailed information on how exactly it isn't working for you, all I can say is: please read the DTO Bonus Pack readme.
