FWE and crash of startup

Hello fellow modders, just recently installed a few big mods, using FOMM and its Package Manager, but with no surprise, the game crashes on startup.
I thought I got the load order correct, but that may not be the issue.

What happens when I load Fallout 3 with FOMM FOSE loader, is the game starts for about 5 secs, music and all, then crashes with a Not-Responding error.

I don't know very much about modding in terms of masters and load order, I looked at the Load order report, and there are some obvious issues, but I do not know what they mean or how to fix them.

You have an old version of DarnUI installed and you probably installed the FWE-DUI patch, which requires DUI a11
