I've been searching all over google and bing, and have finally found version 1.8, but I can't find how to install it. Can somone post instructions, or help me out. *Sorry if there are spelling/grammar mistakes I'm leaving my house as i write this*

One, the homepage for OBSE is http://obse.silverlock.org/. I strongly recommend getting it from that site only.

Two, there are installation instructions in the readme. They're quite clear and not difficult; the installation is a little different from .esp's, but no more complicated. Have you read it? If not, please do so. If so, then what, exactly, is causing you difficulty?

you simply copy all files from the downloaded obse folder into C:\Games\BethesdaSoftworks\Oblivion folder (or wherever your main folder is installed, not in data folder) and make a shortcut to the obse loader to replace the default oblivion loader to launch the game.
