Orc because their natural abilitys fit into my play style really well.

Pffft. Argonians can't live in Skyrim, sillies. They freeze to death. Leave the saving of the world to us mammals.

I'm an aesthetic person, I would likely choose the race that looks nice, or an Orc that looks like an Orc.

When I answer this forum, I go solely on what i remmember of the races from oblivion. I would probebly go for a dark elf in the new Skyrim game, but i might change my mind if the new Orc looks amazingly better than he did in the last game, as goes for any other race. In fact, I hope all of the races are so much more improved that i have quite a hard choice to make!

I'll try a Nord next, but there'll be lots of Nords there, i don't like nearly fitting in.

Either a Nord, Imperial or Breton. Probably Nord, mostly since they are somewhat based on my ancestors, the vikings.

Probbably go with a twist and use a Halberd if they are in the game. Or any other smilar weapon, like a spear or staff. If there are no weapons like that I'll be a bit disapointed and use dagger plus short sword instead. Haven't decided what policy of targets I'll have. Killing those who cause trouble for others, having a hate against a certain race, or against the empire and try to bring it down by eliminating the high ups. Or maybe not killing any people at all or a mix of it, following the law helping the empire, then something happens or you find somrthing out which causes you turn against them. Striking fear into then and when you are done and have achieved your goal or quit of other reasons you travel around the land and killing of thieves murderers and other bad persons. Possible you feel some regtret over it all.

Would been more intresting to play as racist if Argonians hadn't taken morrowind from the dunmer. But could be a more personal backstory to it.

Maybe a bit too early to think of all this, might end up building up a picture that wont be way skyrim gonna be and get disapointed as result.

id probably use wood elf or high elf depending on their racial stats and effects, or whichever has better appearance options.

Either Imperial because I love the idea of struggling to uphold a crumbling empire. Or I would go with Argonians because they are just so damn cool.
