Post » Thu Sep 23, 2010 10:56 pm

I'm releasing all DCInteriors Havok Friendly nifs and Many more done by request. There is a total of 186 nif's to date.

Added Hovok collisions to all 186 in game Items including Bobbleheads, TV's, Typewriters, picture frames and many many more. Also, changed the collision on the Vault sink so, now you can put dishes into them.

I'll be adding to this pack over time, If you have any requests pleas feel free to ask.

Congrats on the release so far :D!! I know I will be using so many of these for sure. I am soooo happy about those sinks finally being fixed, now we can't place our dirty dishes right into the sink like real people do :lmao:

I just finished the mannequins and, two versions of the mop bucket one static "that you can hide things in, Like the sink" and one havok friendly. I will upload them shortly, let me know the mop bucket works for you or if you still want me to make a bigger version.

Edit: fixed up the floodlight, doug the music stand out of DCInteriors, "forgot that one." The Assorted papers, per your request, :twirl: the Cash Readjuster and converted the officelettercubbytop01, to allow you to place items into the mail cubbies.

Once I find some more to work on I'll upload pack 3.

Awesome!! I still haven't found the darn time to mod or peak at mods yet, but hopefully next week I can. I am sure excited to start adding these pieces! I have to start fresh with the mod I made cause I hate deleting things with my mod for fear of making it dirty. I much prefer to start fresh and make sure it is done right for my own piece of mind (could have sworn there was a crazy emote...but I can't find it when I need it)

The only other thing I can think of to add as a havok item would be the pillow that goes to the heart bed. I can get that id for you if you need it. I don't need it though, but it makes sense that it should be able to be moved around. <---Nvm, I see you already did it :D !!! I also noticed you added the few items that you had in DCInteriors as well (like the microscope and the tubes)!!

So far I am having a small issue with the Nukacolatoy02 that is found in the NukaCola folder. Nifskope is acting as though you are playing a fallout 3 game and everything is in super slow motion while you turn. Best I can describe it. I will report any other issues if I find any :)

Chucks Hovok Nif's\Chess_BobbleHeads\Bobble_Chess_white folder, the vaultboy01 is marked as vaultboy01_blue even though he is the correct color of white :)

I've uploaded a new 7z file, some people were having issues with the .zip being corrupted. This pack contains all the havok and static nifs I've done to date, also fixes a missing texture for my custom nukacola refrigerator.

I'll Check out the Nukacolatoy02 I've ben using it for some time with no issue in game but, If I can make it better I will.

Gerrrrr! :banghead:  I knew about that and, totally forgot to fix it. I sized them up in blue then added the new textures. sorry I'll fix it in the future but, in the mean time all you need to do is rename the nif.

I've gone off on another little tangent, (yes again. ) I'm trying to build some new military vehicles that actually fit the game. I'm starting with a truck that has Quad mini-guns mounted on the back as an anti-aircraft type vehicle. I've uploaded some WIP screens and, I'm planning on adding treads to the rear wheels, (turning it into a half track) and, a shield in front of the guns and some armor on the sides.

let me know what you think.

The extraction went smoothly this time, no messages this time :)

I didn't test the Nukacolatoy02 in the game, that was only when I open it up in Nifskope.

The very first item I have added to my mod so far (yeah, already re-created it last night :) ) the mop bucket!! I haven't tested it in the game yet, I still have a lot to do :)

No worries about the bobblehead name :) Easy fix!

very handy stuff , i remember seeing a model car in tenpennies tower i said "i want that car!" for MY deask.. and a few figurines, and other objects i just wanted to steal for my desk, but, they were statics.
so what you are doing is pretty cool.
are these nifs the same nifs in the game modified?
or are they renamed nifs, that modders have to put in themselves?

Many of them are only modified versions of the vanilla nifs, with a few custom ones thrown in. Most of the names are changed, and there meant to be used as a resource not a full replacer for the originals. There could be issues if you (for example) used the Havok friendly mop bucket as a replacer for all in game ones.

I have a weird question for you, wondering if you noticed this.

The: meshes\clutter\questitems\mq03postalbox.nif ( yours is located: meshes\Chucks Hovok Nif's\Toy\postalbox01.nif)has a crazy havok on it and was wondering what that is all about lol. I only noticed this because you made a havok resource of it and when I saw it, I wanted to use it. Now I fear that it may be weird in the game cause of that. What I mean is...the havok isn't even on the item (except the bottom).

Can you fix this? If you can, can you make the havok like you did with the sink so that we can put things into it as well?

P.S. I can't stop adding things from your resource!!
P.S.S The havok bobble heads (white and the black versions) aren't included in this latest pack ( it was included in the previous packs but I deleted those ones when you uploaded this one).

medkit model could use some havok physics. so we can make Medical Kits from a combination of a Stimpak, and several Surgical Items and Purified Water.

Consider them done, I was just playing the game, (for once, :twirl: ) and, was thinking I should also do the ammo boxes and, metal boxes. (I would do more than one size of the metal box.)
