Would've been better if the music had faded out instead of cutting off where it did.

Pretty cool though, and a great song.

Great song, and perfect for a more mellow perspective of the carnage and war on the Ark.

Have to say though, the scene from the cenematic ending killed the mood.

I liked the cutaway to the harsh reality at the end, myself.

But yeah, it could have done with a full fade out, not a partial fade then a cutoff.

Good job, I very much enjoyed it. The editing could've been more polished, like how the music cut off where it did, and one part where I could see Richard Ham's face for a split second; but overall the music fit well to the story of the Ark, and also to what was happening on screen. Really sweet trailer, I'd like to see more!

lol yeh the final product wasnt very polished , if it gets a fair few views ill make a better one ;) , it was done in 2 hours and i was getting sick of sony vegas being tempramental (always says not responding after 10 mins) i actually realised the mistake of rich being in the video only when i uploaded it to youtube lmfao.

I agree with the common consensus; good idea, and good video overall, but rather lacking in polish. Unlike some people, I do like how the song goes with it, though. Interesting take on it. The song should indeed fade out, though, and you should have trimmed the clips better, there are at least three awkward transitions where there are some leftovers (Ham and half a Brink logo being the most noticeable.) Still, I understand the constraints of a finicky editing program.

So, yeah, nice work, I enjoyed it.

Uhg, I couldn't watch it. So sick of hearing that song. It didn't even match the video.

I'll back you up on that.

I think it fits, even though it's not the kind of song most people will think of when they play.

If you couldn't watch it, how do you know it doesn't fit? Just saying....

Anyone else think http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=saTz3vNW3UQ would make a great song for a Brink video?

It was great when first attachted to the Gears of War trailer, though.

But since then it has been used as inflationary as "Requiem for a Dream"/"Requiem for a Tower".

As for that fan-trailer now, I don't think "Mad World" does fit the very fast paced sequences from the trailers. It did work so well with Gears of War, because most scenes there were of a much slower pace.
Also I guess you're rather new to video-editing, because there are some minor flaws on the technical side. But keep it up!
