Can't seem to remember this

Ok, so I've recently had to reinstall Fallout 3. And I seem to of forgot the ini command so that Fallout only uses two cores. Since I have an I7 processor. If someone remembers it, or has a link to the Nexus page I would be grateful.

Sorry, I know this may have been asked tons in the past. And thank you in advanced.

I dunno, I seem to remember alter one of them, and then adding in a whole new line.
