Most likely, no; there would have been word on it by now. Though it's a fun idea.

Don't be so quick to say no. We are talking about the guys who set their release date forward.

They might try anything at this point. :spotted owl:

I dunno man its a neat idea in concept. But the developers would know everything and have had time to see what they like ya know? cause they could already have a feel for the game and know how stuff works as were us the the newcomers to the Ark, whom just bought the game wont stand much of a chance. cause if you look paul was playing and ta dah means he can do better then some of us plus they'll know all the nooks and cranies same with the other devs well at least most of them. so in my opinion it just be target practice for them.

Consider this..yes the devs may know every nook & cranny....every ability and skill...each choke point......but we gamers can surprise them...in all of their play testing it has been against each other or a few lucky persons of the public.

How would they fair against a different thinking foe...Us dear gamers in all our glory and honor with different team tactics

It would be nice. Early on is the only time when devs get a chance to completely dominate the game. Then the hardcoe players get in the groove and dominate. How do you kill that which has no life?

It will be good if they do something like this after release, but I don't expect it (they'd normally announce that sort of thing.

Also, here's hoping it doesn't happen on the 10th, because the game's not out everywhere yet.

I actually hope it doesn't happen until at least the 20th - that way everyone's had at least a week to work on their skills, should be enough for the real pros to reach SD levels, and to give the less skilled players among us a fighting chance at least.
